Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE shipping to the contiguous United States on almost all of our items.

Small ParcelSmaller items are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Your order should arrive within 3-6 business days. Please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. 

Larger Items:  larger furniture items that are too big to ship by FedEx or UPS are delivered by freight carrier. You'll need to move the package into the residence yourself. As these products are too large or heavy to ship through a common carrier, you may need the help of a friend or family member to assist you.  Freight Delivery providers typically ask for a 2-4 hours window for delivery; they will call or email you. Most delivery windows are Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. 
White Glove Service: Large and fragile items may be delivered by a white glove freight carrier to ensure a safe delivery. With white glove service, a delivery team of at least two people deliver your item into your home for you.
What you should know about white glove service:
      Once your order reached your area, a customer service representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery.

 

    Please make sure that you inspect the packages at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or there is any other issue please write "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This way, it will be easier to address the issue if there is any damage.

Returns & Replacements
If you're not satisfied with it, you can return it for up to 30 days after delivery.  Shipping is non-refundable. For items that are shipped free, our shipping and handling cost are deducted from your refund.  All returns must have their original tags and packaging and not been installed, used or modified.  If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly assist you. 
The fine print: 
Non-returnable items - Returns are not accepted for clearance, custom made or special order items.

You can place an order by ordering online through our website. Its safe, easy and fast.. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We proudly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. After placing your order you will be eligible for RoomDcor rewards as well as other discounts and promotions that we will from time to time send to you by e-mail. 
Viewing Orders
 You can view or modify your order every step of the way while you're placing it. Afterwards, you can track your order through our system. After you place your order, you will automatically be e-mailed an order confirmation that will contain your order number. This is your receipt. DO NOT DELETE IT.  
Updating Account Information
Make sure you provide us with your most updated e-mail address and shipping information to avoid delivery delays and any potential mishaps.
